The first step in ensuring your device is properly setup is registering it.

If your device is failing at the registration step, please do the following.

a. Close the Helium App on your phone
b. Turn off bluetooth on your phone
c. Reboot your phone
d. Turn your phone's bluetooth back on
e. Reboot your helium hotspot
f. When the hotspot is ready for configuration/connection, open/run your Helium App on your phone, and you should be able to connect with no issues.
