In order for us to establish your coverage by warranty, please ensure the following:

2. Consult the manufacturer guidelines for your product to diagnose the issue


If you are still not having success, please contact our support at support@heliumdeploy.io.

If all the above apply:
- support cannot fix your issue

- your miner is less than 1 year from being purchased

- you purchased from Helium Deploy

We will generate a shipping label for you so that you can return your miner.

- If we can fix your miner or diagnose the issue, we will return it to you.

Otherwise, your miner will be under warranty and we will issue a refund for your product.
