To remove relayed status on your miner, you will need to port forward your miner.
Before we start. Go here: Check your port forwarding Enter port 44158. If you see Success, ignore this guide. If you see Error, follow the steps below.
- Get your routers IP and enter it into your webrowser. How to find your routers IP address
- You should be asked a username and password. This will vary depending on each router.
Common username and passwords combos below. We cannot continue until you are logged in.

- Now that you are logged in. This part will be different for everyone. We are looking for a setting called "Port forwarding". Normally found in Advance settings, you will have to navigate your router until you find such.
- Now we are ready to port forward. We will need to select a device to port forward. This will be your miners name or the miners IP address. If you don't know your miners IP address, check out here. How to find your miners IP address using bluetooth
The port number will be 44158 and Protocol TCP.
- Use this tool to test if your port forwarding is applied correctly. Check your port forwarding Enter port 44158.
If you see Success you have successfully port forwarded! If you see error, something was done incorrectly.
